For Cooper Mill we hand made solid quartersawn white oak tables for both upstairs and downstairs. We made 60" round table tops with folding leaves. We used a natural finish product to complete the tables.

For this project we ripped overt 1000 individual pieces of 3/4" x 1" poplar slats, stained each piece installed and finished them with polyurethane. We also made sconce plates for the pictured lighting fixtures.

We also made in house shaker style cabinets for two sink areas that were painted black.

Dual 15' long floating shelves were built and installed above the large countertop space.

Lastly, in the basement we built in house 2 large custom caseworl cabinets featuring 1/2' brass rods across all shelves.

For this project we ripped up an existing racquetball court floor and used it to create this accent wall. The curved aspect of the wall features real preserved reindeer moss panels. We hand sanded the wall and applied a finish coat of polyurethane to give it a nice pop.

Completely custom build all out of white oak. Here we designed and built in house custom hood range vents with brass panel inserts with white oak led lit shelving. For the kitchen island we cladded the front of the island with white oak panelling and solid white oak end panels. Custom made solid white oak columns with brass accents beefs up the island and makes for and absolutely beautiful statement.

The tallest project yet that we have tackled. Measuring in sat 18'6" from floor to ceiling, 13'4" wide and 10" deep.

For this outdoor terrace we made in house Mahogany box beams. We created an angled privacy viewwer and did a custom diamond pattern mahogany panel for the wall and ceiling with recessed led lights

DMV American Millwork isnt just limited to wood. For this project we made 100 yards of planter boxes for a beach front hotel complete with a timed irrigation system, wired for speakers, and wifi extenders and we did it out of wood for the structure and Trex decking for the outside faces. Trex decking offers superior weather protection especially in shore based enviroments.

This custom made fireplace mantle was made using grain selected mahogany, oiled and sealed using Rubio Pure 2c.
